AutoPilot KYC — Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the AutoPilot KYC platform (hereinafter — the Bot or the Service), available at https://t.me/AutoPilotKYC_bot, and establish the rights and obligations of Users and the Administration.

1.2. All instructions for use and account verification are available in the FAQ section. Before using the Service, the User is required to review the provided information.

1.3. The Bot is an aggregator and intermediary between the Performer and the Buyer. The platform Administration does not provide services personally, does not sell accounts, personal data, or other information. The platform stores only operational data necessary for the Service to function (Telegram ID, order history, balances). Cookies and proxies are used exclusively for generating one-time verification links and are not shared with Performers or third parties.

1.4. All actions related to the acquisition, transfer, and verification of accounts take place exclusively between the Performer and the Buyer. The Administration acts solely as a guarantor of a secure transaction between the parties.

1.5. The platform Administration conducts a thorough review of each Performer before granting access to the platform; however, it does not guarantee 100% successful account verification.

1.6. If an account fails the review or verification, the Performer’s rating is lowered, and the funds for the order are returned to the User’s balance within the Bot.

2. Disclaimer

2.1. The Administration is not liable for any labels, restrictions, blocks, or other sanctions on Users’ accounts.

2.2. The Administration is not liable for accounts that were not admitted to promotions, as this depends exclusively on the proxies used and the conditions of account usage.

2.3. If proxies were previously used in the given project, are of poor quality, or do not match the country of account registration and verification, there is a high risk of blocks or restrictions.

2.4. The User bears full responsibility for the choice of proxies, anti-detect browsers, and other tools for working with accounts.

2.5. The Administration provides no guarantees for re-verification of accounts. Performers are notified of the possible need for re-verification; however, fulfillment of this requirement depends exclusively on the Performer.

2.6. If a Performer refuses to undergo re-verification or violates the platform rules, their rating is lowered, and upon a significant rating decrease, the Performer is blocked and loses the ability to receive new orders.

2.7. The Administration is not liable for decisions made by third-party services, including SumSub, Bybit, MEXC, and other exchanges or KYC providers. Their decisions regarding verification are final.

3. Financial Terms

3.1. Refunds are possible only in the event that the Performer fails to deliver the service.

3.2. To request a refund, the User must contact the support service indicated in the Bot’s description.

3.3. All balances on the platform are denominated in USDT. The Administration is not liable for cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Complaints and Moderation System

4.1. The platform operates a complaints (reports) system. The User may file a complaint against a Performer in the event of a breach of transaction terms.

4.2. Upon confirmation of clear violations by the Performer, the Performer may be blocked by the platform Administration.

4.3. Decisions on disputed situations are made by the platform Administration.

5. Service Usage Rules

5.1. The platform reserves the right to block a User’s account upon detection of illegal use of the Service or abuse of the platform’s functionality.

5.2. Users are prohibited from using the Service for illegal activities.

5.3. The platform provides a chat between the customer and the Performer. The following are prohibited in the chat:

Sharing personal contacts (phone, email, other messengers)
Requesting contact information from the other party
Attempting to arrange order fulfillment outside the platform
Threats, insults, or intimidation
Spam or unsolicited advertising

5.4. Any attempts to bypass the platform to conduct a transaction directly between Users may result in account blocking.

6. User Requirements

6.1. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years of age.

6.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are acting on their own behalf and bear full responsibility for their actions.

6.3. The User is responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction, including KYC and AML regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties.

7.2. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

7.3. The Administration is not liable for the actions of Performers or Users.

7.4. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

7.5. The aggregate liability of the Administration shall not exceed the amount paid by the User during the preceding 30 days.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Administration is not liable for the inability to provide services in the event of technical failures, service blocks, actions of third parties, changes in legislation, or other circumstances beyond the Administration’s control.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. The AutoPilot KYC platform, including the brand, bot, algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Administration. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

10. Amendment of Terms

10.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

10.2. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes the User’s acceptance of the revised rules.

10.3. The current version of the Terms is always available in the ToS section within the Bot.

11. Account Blocking

11.1. The Administration has the right to temporarily or permanently block a User’s account for violations of the Service rules.

11.2. The decision to block is made by the Administration and may not be accompanied by an explanation of reasons.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. By using the Service, the User automatically confirms their agreement with these Terms of Service.
